Our Mission

The mission of Kingdom Faith Ministries International is to teach believers how to hear the voice of the Lord.   We believe that "My sheep hear my voice" (John 10:27) and that those who desire to be invited to sit at His throne must first learn to hear His voice, open the door to His knock, and dine at his table daily (Revelation 3:20-21).  We believe that the church is built by revelation (Matthew 16:13-19) received and obeyed, and that works of faith require being led by the Spirit of God.

Our objective is therefore to equip the Saints to learn to receive and obey revelation through hearing God's voice - manna from the Lord through the Holy Spirit, and to help believers learn to operate all nine manifestation gifts of the Spirit.   We do this equipping through audio and video teachings, seminars and conferences,  books,  this website, and apostolic prophetic ministry.  We have a particular call to equip pastors all over the world.

Kingdom Faith Minsitries International is incorporated as a non-profit ministry in the state of Nevada, USA.   We are recognized as a tax-exempt charitable section 501(c)3 organization.  Our main operations office is located in Massachusetts and we may be contacted as follows:

Biographical Summary:    Paul D. Norcross

Rev. Paul Norcross has been traveling and teaching God’s Word for the past 35 years in nearly as many countries throughout the world on four continents.  Paul is the pastor of Maranatha Bible Chapel, a local non-denominational church in the United States.  He is also the director of Kingdom Faith Ministries International,  Inc.,  an apostolic para-church ministry that is devoted to helping God’s people learn to hear and obey the voice of the Lord Jesus Christ, and to walk in all nine manifestation gifts of the Holy Spirit. 

Paul teaches a penetrating seminar called Dining At The Master's Table, which is a 12 hour conference on how to learn to hear the voice of the Lord.  He also  travels  regularly to teach three other equipping seminars:  How To Walk By The Spirit In Your Marriage, Acts 29: Walking In The Power Of The Holy Spirit, and a deliverance ministry seminar entitled Overcoming In Spiritual Warfare.   His most recent travels outside of the United States and Canada include pastor training conferences and teaching  churches in Pakistan, United Arab Emirates,  Kenya,  South Africa,  India,  Guatemala, and Trinidad.

Together with his wife of 35 wonderful years, Rita and Paul home-schooled their three children together on their rural farm.  A former Navy Commander and graduate industrial engineer (M.Engr, B.S.), both Paul and Rita graduated from seminary together and received their baccalaureate of theology degrees in Biblical Studies. Two years later in 1984,  Paul was ordained to the Christian ministry, and in 2006 he earned his doctorate in Christian education.  He is also a certified Christian counselor, and has considerable experience in the area of emotional healing counseling.  God honors both Paul and Rita’s ministries with powerful signs, miracles, and wonders.  In addition, the Lord has led Paul to write the following books which have blessed many believers around the world, and helped them connect more confidently and intimately with Jesus Christ:

Dr. Norcross’ ministry is to teach Christians how to walk in their God-given spiritual power which arises from the personal presence and relationship they keep with our Master, Jesus Christ.  Paul’s training courses to equip believers to operate each of the nine manifestation gifts of the Holy Spirit, and his seminar-style conferences to help them hear the Lord’s voice with clarity and precision, have helped thousands of people around the world draw closer to Jesus Christ and walk in His steps.  Paul teaches pastors, church leaders, and enthusiastic believers to learn the divine purpose, plan, and destiny reserved for each of them by the Lord, and helps equip them to carry it out.

Paul continues to help Christians fulfill their mission in the Body of Christ to build His Kingdom (and His alone!).    He is passionate about sharing what the Lord has taught him, and astonishing blessings and good fruit follows from his ministry and travels.  May God be praised as we each learn to run the race by keeping our ears close to the lips of our Beloved Savior, Jesus Christ!
