I Am With You

I sat beside the still waters

Waiting for my Lord
Then I felt it
The gentle breeze upon my face
He came just like He
Said He would

He was everywhere as
I looked upon
The green pastures
I could hear
His soft voice upon my ears
Talking to me in the quiet

He told me I was his sheep
And he was my shepherd
And He was there to lead me
Through the paths of

Righteousness
That no more shall the tears
Of life sadden my soul

Fear not
For I am with you now
I will protect you from all evil
And my rod and my staff

They will comfort you
Because you are my child
And I love you so
